If your property has been informed that it has British Gas cover, you will need to contact British Gas instead regarding any issues during the tenancy.
Please note that if the contractors access the property and determine the issue was caused by the contract holders’ actions, the contract holders will be liable for the contractor's call-out charge and repairs.
